My love for photography has grown from a lifelong passion for nature and the outdoors. As a child I spent a lot of my afternoons exploring the woods behind our house in Ellington, CT. As I grew older I enjoyed backpacking, kayaking, snowshoeing and anything else that allowed me to be outdoors. Whether I'm admiring a sunset over the Grand Tetons, watching herons catch fish in the Everglades, or focusing on dewdrop covered rose petals in my yard, I thank God that I have been able to witness some of nature's grandest and simplest scenes. It is my desire to capture images of these moments and share them with others who can appreciate the beauty all around us.
